points for commission only job offer
« on: September 02, 2016, 12:14:04 pm »
Hello Everyone
i need some advice

I have a job offer from New Zealand that pays commission only.
Its a skilled occupation and I am registered with the New Zealand authority.
The contract is indefinite, with 40 hours a week.
can i claim points for this job offer in my expression of Interest ?

1 other question: On a work visa , will my Spouse and Children(12 & 13 yrs) , be able to go over to NZ and will the children qualify for schooling , or do i hve to get student visas for the kids and pay interntional school fees?
Thank uou for any advice

I honestly think that the commission only job questions is one you need to ask Immigration NZ.
If you get a work permit, your spouse can get a work permit too, and your kids will not need to pay international school fees. The duration of your permit will decide whether you qualify for health care.
