Exchange rate

Hi, Although not a science and certainly something one has little control over has anyone any insight as to the NZ- SA rate in the next 9 months. The NZ dollar weakened last year - I think round about July but has strengthened considerably and is at its worst ever. Or does somenone know of a site that gives info on this topic ( not just the rate. )
Thanks in anticipation.

Thanks Nolan. I have not found a site that gives the historical rates- I always had to get faxes from Std Bank.
How depressing imagine if you went with 3.6 million rand on the 4/4/2006 you would have ended up with a million NZ dollars but it would have required 5.2  million rand on the 4/10/2006.
I wander if anyone watches this rate from a fundamental or technical perspective so within the confines one can make an attempt to time or stagger things.
I read once that you can transfer rand and convert later?

IFX has that feature, but you need to transfer a decent amount.
