all attorneys are com of oaths - there is no charge.
Rather find one than the police to ensure that docs are signed correctly.

Yip, ditto greenfamily's post. O0

NZ does not recognize SAP's certification, so don't go there, rather ask any laywer.  Mine made me stamp all the doc's - about a trizillion of them - and then he checked and signed! :)

Also beware of using a Minister o religion. Although they are C of O's they are considered Marriage Officers and therefore not good enough. Never mind that they went through the same process as a lawyer to get that stamp!

Oh no!! I used one of those. Can DH have other copies made and let it be certified in NZ?

Commisioner of oaths - Centurion/Pretoria
« Reply #9 on: May 24, 2011, 01:44:38 pm »
Hi,
I'm looking for an attorney who's a commissioner of oaths in the Centurion area to certify docs - if anyone knows of one?  I have contacted a few company's but they all want to charge the earth.  I'm willing to pay, just not that much  :)

Thanks Roy, I phoned a few companies and came right with an attorney firm who has a notary public and a coo.  Seems most attorneys have one or two.  Shame, holding thumbs for your wife's permit - waiting is very stressful I know!  Good luck :-)
