Hi all

Nothing much to say about me. Just your average South African wanting to leave SA and NZ has become the place I want to go to. From all the stuff that I've read (good and bad) nz is the place for my wife and me.

There is no point to this topic other than to say hi

The sun is shining and it is cool. Having second cup of coffee and thinking of all the things that needs to be done. Yes NZ does have it's down side, we forgot the window open and it is cold inside the house this morning. No point to this post either, just wanted to say welcome over a cuppa and enjoy the reading.

This is going to be the "highlight" of your day in winter, because you are going to be blaming hubby for not checking windows and you would forget you had problems called "Africa" and whatever goes with it. Don't worry, your priorities will also change, just like the rest of us. Give it time in NZ, it will happen. Cheers,

I have heard the same thing so many times from friends as well and I really hope it will be the same for us. DH is always stressed out and I feel that he is very negative because of it. I really hope that NZ will help him to chill out completely and stop seeing the world with those very un-rosy glasses...
