Thanks to all of you for such wonderful and honest threads in this post 

I love the honesty and willingness to help each other. Everyday I learn something new on this site and I'm glad that there is the good with the bad mentioned and we can express our opinions honestly and have others to support us in times of need.

You guys are the best! And once again - thanks again to Nolan, Mel and family for the greatest forum in the world - I'm being bias here, but hey.

Re housing in Wellington, we've just moved into a place end June. Have you tried contacting the Professionals in Lower Hutt (Tihan Roos) or possibly also Remax out in Tawa (Madeleine van Rooyen)? both quite friendly and very helpful.

When you consider how much it is, you have to compare like with like, ie Wellington with at least Pretoria or cape Town prices. And you need to remember SA is cheap - so if you compare with anywhere in Europe, Wellington doesn't end up that bad.
