220V to 240V - any problems?
« on: June 25, 2008, 10:57:12 am »
Hi all

I would like to know if anyone had problems with their electrical appliances (that were made for SAs 220V) after using them with NZs 240V supply. I know most appliances have a built-in tolerance of about 10%, so in theory it should be fine, but I would like to know if it works in the real world. Most of my appliances have a range of 220V-240V, but some are marked as 220V. I want to cram my container with as much as possible.

Thanks and have a lekker day!! ::)
