Furnished house to rent- Glenfield Auckland
« on: January 08, 2009, 12:00:08 pm »
Nolan thanks for helping us out on this?

A friend has a furnished house for rent in Auckland, Glenfield. This is on the North Shore of Auckland. Lots of Saffers and close to shops.

She is looking for middle to long term tenants and prefers Saffers. 1 month notice period is the standard in NZ. This is a good place to start out with.

It is a 3 bedroom house, 1 with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, the other 2 of generous size.  It has a double garage with internal access, air conditioning (heat pump) and is of modern design.  There is a deck with lovely views, outdoor furniture and BBQ.

The house comes furnished with modern furniture, flat screen LCD TV and includes dishwasher, all kitchen items and also linen (if required).

The house has a granny flat downstairs.  There is a nice male (Daniel) living down there and he is going to look after the lawns.  They also intend to engage a gardener to come round every couple of months and attend to the garden.

The house will be available from 18 January.

Rent @ $390 per week.  One month rent as bond and two weeks rent in advance.

She does not have property manager at this stage but intend to engage one.

The owner's contact details are: Barbs:   barbsofthenaki@yahoo.com or 021 133 1175.

Please mention you are from SagoingtoNz

Parra -it is a bit far for you accross the bridge to your work?

Good luck with finding something - if you do not come right and are still looking send me a personal mail and I will see about pics.  :)

I live almost in Albany and work in Parnell (Auckland City)
Just love the 18km drive across the bridge every day
