WHERE TO START LOOKING FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

Hi, I've had a request from my BIL to browse for jobs in NZ.  He's a Senior Mechanical Engineer specialising in Process and Design.  Any ideas where to start as I know absolutely NOTHING about engineering!
