Do you know where I can find a company that will give me a job-offer so I can get a work permit??? :-\

Just kiding, already met a very nice lady at Zest Recruitment in Auckland.  Her name is Alisa van de Ven and her e-mail is: alisa@zestltd.com.

Only five weeks to go guys.   Please hold thumbs :-\

Hi Brad ;)
Actually I'm already here in Christchurch.  Arrived on 22 Feb 2007.  My partner got  job at ADT, but only got a 6 month work permit.   :-\

I'm still struggling, but hopefully I got hold of the right people now.  Only have 5 weeks left on my visitor's permit.

 :)

Just kiding, already met a very nice lady at Zest Recruitment in Auckland.  Her name is Alisa van de Ven and her e-mail is: alisa@zestltd.com.

I actually received an email from her a few weeks back, after a friend of mine gave her my details,  she seemed pretty good. What kind of work are you looking for Jeannel ?

Hi Brad welcome!

My hubby and I will be over there in 17 days time for out LSD trip! Can't wait!

We really want to spend a day at Rotorua, do the whole jet boating and zorbing thing. Can you think of anything else - besides the springs we should do?

try and see one of the thermal reserves, either Te Puia or Wai-o-tapu. Go to hot springs (waikite is good, near Wai-o-tapu) outside Roto.

depends what you like, lots of adventure stuff. Also can do Maori concert and hangi (concert included if you go to Te Puia).

Lake cruise maybe with meal.

Hi all you guys

Well Rhodan, I'm kind of an Office Administration guru.  Any kind of office work, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.  Computers are also part of my daily diet.

Cost of living in NZ - I've seen houses and flats (furnished) between $280 and $370 per week that are not to bad.  We buy food for a week for about $300 for three people.  $50 of meat sees us through about three weeks at the Mad Butcher.

Hi Brad77 and Welcome!!

Now... you have to tell us a little more about yourself apart from being in Rotorua and liking it!!

Where did you live in SA?
Are you in NZ on PR, or work permit?
How long did it take to get the above?
What kind of work/field are you in?
Did you bring a whole family across, or is it just you?

There - you told us to ask questions, né!  ;D
lekker sweet as, y'all

Hi Brad
Welcome, I am also interested to hear what Colleen asked.
We will probably be closest to you as we are going to Cambridge.

Shirls you are a lucky fish and I wish I was going in 17 days  - enjoy it and remember everything to tell us when you get back.
