These are questions and not hesitations (relax Schalk). I always have to ask myself 100 gazillion stuff before making the final plunge (which actually means loosing my heart to the new country). I have done this with Adelaide, Australia but the doors didn't quite open for us to go that route. NZ is another story, all I know is Wellington and only from what Schalk shares.... and the weather seems pretty grim

Now, whatever the answers might be, we will still be going, make no mistake, I just want to finalize in my mind what we will be going to... *hope I'm making sense* I also don't want to open up a can of worms or a debate on "if my questions are valid", because they are valid to me.
1. Will I be able to have fellowship with other christians?

Someone told me that NZ is one of the most unreached countries

??

2. Will I be able to raise my 3 children in christian morals? I don't mean from home... I mean, is there schools that teach christian morals? I heard again (and believe me, they're NOT trusted sources) that all schools are extremely new age... dance around trees, etc.

3. I know there's AMPLE to do for little toddlers, but what about teenagers? How do they keep themselves busy?

4. I have this fond memory of summer (close to christmas) where the smell of tinsel and sunscreen fills the air. That and the smell of your swimmingpool, the sound of "sonbesies" and the promise of a watermelon being carved up later and maybe braaivleis for dinner. Will I EVER experience that in NZ? Or should I kiss that fond memory goodbye

5. I heard things are VERY expensive. What type of things? If we earn NZ dollars, how expensive will these things still be?

6. houses. plots. etc. Will I be able to ever rent or own a house that promises a room for each of my 3 children? They drive each other and me bonkers and that would surely solve some problems.

7. I heard you get locked up if you spank your child. I never do this in public, but we do practise this at home in a loving enironment. Will I get locked up?

I can't think of anything else just yet, but I'll sure post them as I think of more....
Kind regards, Penkoppie
