we finally got the TX report so we can now go for our NZ licenses... about to leave the house now to go do that... in pouring rain!  :P

It sure is.... except the eye test... I'm one of the 5% that doesn't see 3 columns (I see two columns but the letters are jumbled over each other) when you look in that eye-test thingy... finally figured out how to fool it...  :whistle:  If you have this problem, try keeping right eye closed while you read first two columns on left, then hold left eye closed while you read last column on right.

And I only got one wrong - cargo carried on top of vehicle is allowed to hang over 3 meters.  I opted for 2m (safer, I should think!).

So now I'm one step closer to being a real kiwi...  ;)

Now I really have to drive CAREFULLY.....  if I'd had my NZ license last year when I got my one speeding fine, and that near-accident.... I'd already have 40 points against me!  :heeha:
