I am currently researching NZ while gathering my documents.

Welcome, and if you already received your ITA without a job offer, it means you shouldn't have too much problems getting a job. You can start applying already, and letting potential employers know that you've already received your ITA. That will open more doors than if you were still applying for just a work visa. All the best!!

Thanks, that's exactly what I have been doing since I received the ITA.

About the wait, I have been waiting almost 2 years for Canada

so I am quite used to it. I only recently decided to stop waiting and find some place better. I sure hope that all goes well, and doesn't take too long
