It is what we have all been trying to find out. Colleen has been working overtime on it. I am sure when Nolan is good and ready he will tell us and it will be a simple explanation. Good to be back online. Like the umbilical cord had been cut too early

Ah, Savayla, don't elevate me to that position... I can't say I was "working overtime" on it. I had no way of actually dealing with the issue itself ( as in access to fix it), only tried to get hold of Nolan and Dennis to try and find out what was wrong. I was concerned though that something sinister had happened... like a UFO came to abduct Nolan and scrambled our forum!

I know that the advertizing on this forum helps to pay for keeping this site alive.

Good to see the site up and running again....I've also been hiding in the wood work since going back to work full time in mid-Nov. Will have to find time to catch up with some of the posts.

I saw the paint basket was down as well, so I suspect it had something to do with server provider.

sorry about the scare guys, our hosting company had some or other disk drive failure and had to shutdown all the sites on the server to fix the problem. It would happen while I am away as well

Yip, my hubby was telling me about a guy who had a very popular blog site, and the server went down, and he had no backups, and lost everything. So I am SOOOOOOO glad the same didn't happen to this site! I was thinking all sorts of conspiracy theories...
