Job interview......
« on: February 24, 2012, 09:16:12 pm »
Just got a request to come in for an interview on Monday. It will be working in housekeeping for beautiful holiday apartments in The Mount, here in Tauranga. Half days, mornings only, and as we have an issue with our dog being locked up for the entire day, this will be perfect, IF I get it!! :-\ So, please all hold thumbs, toes for me....

Hi Heaven! Interview yesterday afternoon went well....BUT, the owner of the holiday apartments apparently had over 200 calls for the positions!!! :-\ It is a case of, waiting till after the weekend, as she still had a lot of applicants to see. Wow, the apartments are absolute beach frontal, not sure how much work I will get done (if I get the job).....if you will be able to get me away from the window ;D Thanks for holding all your bodily parts for me.....lol, will let you know as soon as I know.. :-*

Not really relevant here but have you succeeded in giving up smoking?

It very much depends on the brand you buy - don't go for the cheapies.  I used the Twisp and it worked like a dream.  Never smoked real cigarettes for 3 months and then it got stolen from my luggage ay JHB airport and never replaced it before we left SA  :tickedoff:  Have been thinking about trying to buy another one.
