No NZ is not crime free but the big difference is, they still value a life and the justice system works.

in sa they break into u're because they're poor and hungry - then take food out of my fridge and steal my dvd player that u can sell for money - don't stab me 15 times and pour boiling water over me - its the violence that get me - its so unnessasary
