Hi all my husband relocated last week he had a job offer but when he got there it didnt work out he needs a job offer within the next week for a work permit to be able to stay. i will be relocating by early August based on the outcome of his work permit.
we have been applying on all job related work sites.
He is a qualified Facilities manager but will take any suitable offer for sustainable work we really want to be in NZ.
He has a code 3 SA License and carpentry  experience as well.

will appreciate any help.
I teach OHSA forklift crane and first aid also still looking for a work opportunity.

hi, what was the outcome of this? i will be coming over in January, to look for a job and my husband will follow later, im an account manager ( customer manager) for a Mobile company and really nervous thinking about job hunting as i was told by an agent cuttoff age is 56 hence my work visa must be lodge by April befor im 56. How difficult is it really to find a job?

To assess your eligibility and the job market for you and you hubby, if you'd like to have an assessment done, please send your CVs to Peter at NSIS and his email addy is jepwood@xtra.co.nz.... he will then send you an assessment form which you will need to complete fully and honestly and he'll be able to advise you from there - regarding immigration and the job situation.

EOI Submission - December 2010
EOI Selected - December 2010
ITA Received - December 2010
Awaiting Police Clearance
ITA Submitted - 03 March 2011
PR Interview - 15 March 2011
PR Approved - 18 March 2011
Passports sent and then received back - 30 March 2011
Arrive in NZ - 19 June 2011
