Woohoo - extra post point  :yippee:

Was this one  meant for me?
Sorry, I could not figure out how to do more than one quote in one post.  :surrender:
I didn't think so, Seeker.  I think TheJo was just celebrating the fact that her own post increased her own post count by 1.

Thanks all. You guys are the best.
I decided to take my leave from the forum, but a good friend asked me to come back and take a look at the responses, and I am glad I did!
Very much appreciated!

If I may say so, I have been in NZ nearly 3 years, but still check up on the forum a few times a week to assist where possible, so it really hurt to be cyber bullied like that.
We are not allowed to advise, so nothing on this forum should be regarded as advice at any time. We merely provide opinions!

Thanks again dear forum buddies!

Yusuf I am also glad you did. You know, often it is not just the people that still wants to make the move that needs support, but also the people that already made the move or even been there for a few years.

It is not just all smooth sailing once you land that side.  :boat:  This can be a very lonely and difficult road to travel and we need each other's support and help.

Thanks for sticking around Yusuf. We can't help every person, but since we all had our different paths to travel we may help just one other person who is going through this journey.

As I recall, you will be able to give valuable advice to someone who lands in NZ but doesn't like the city they have to live in. ;)

We got ours certified by a notary at the postshop in jhb.  I forget the name.  Something like post@one.  The guy stamped our stuff for free.  It's the the justice of the peace system in NZ.
