SAGTNZ may terminate this agreement and your access to the Site at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Site, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses and waivers granted by you and all SAGTNZ disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use (as amended) will survive. General You agree to indemnify SAGTNZ for any losses damages and costs suffered by it in connection with your breach of any of the Terms of Use or your other legal obligations. The Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in South Africa and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Africa and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with the Terms of Use or SAGTNZ.
