  1. 1.

You can purchase consultations in blocks of 30 minutes.

  2. 2.

Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. 3.

Consultation times are subject to consultant availability. Your consultant will confirm via email.

  4. 4.

Call times are metered using the Skype call duration counter on the consultants computer, if the agent has called you via telephone, the agent will time the call from when the call has been answered.

  5. 5.

Call metering times include greetings and salutations.

  6. 6.

To ensure all consultations are timeous, please ensure you have purchased and booked enough time to chat to your consultant. No time overruns / extensions unfortunately.

  7. 7.

Time is purchased against your Skype username or telephone number and is not transferable.

  8. 8.

You may let somebody else use your time as long as they are using your Skype username or telephone number.

  9. 9.

To ensure that nobody uses your time without your knowledge, we follow a strict policy of “Don’t call us, we’ll call you”.

  10. 10.

As we cannot rewind time : If you confirm a consultation and are subsequently not available at that time, you will lose that time and no refunds or make up will be offered.

  11. 11.

If for any reason the connection with Skype is bad, or unavailable, or the call is dropped at the time of or during your consultation, it is at the discretion of the consultant to decide whether to call back and continue / refund you / re-schedule / cancel without refund. No negotiations will be entered into.

  12. 12.

Because of the nature of telephone / Internet systems, we cannot guarantee the format of the consultation. We will first try to connect via a Skype video & voice link, if that fails we will try a Skype voice only link, if that fails we will try a Skype real-time text chat, if that fails the consultation will revert to email. In the case of a telephone call, if the call is unable to proceed because of a bad line, down line, etc, the consultation will revert to email. You agree that all of these means of communication are acceptable.
