We don't have a contract with Telecom, you can change whenever you want? We do have one now with ihug and I believe Telstra also insists on a contract!
Worsie, the reason we were down for a while was a HUGE miss understanding on Telecoms side

They got the request to say we are changeing over and instead of giving us a few days to email everybody, they just switched us off completely, and in such a way that ihug said it would take around 2 weeks to sort out, so instead of going without internet we reconnect with telecom

, then on monday when hubby called ihug and said we would like to change over but without down time, they agreed and we are now using both. Telecom should be completely off by friday.
