Double checked everything to the included Checklist and ticked the checklist giving reasons for any missing info.
Double checked according to the Tips Leaflet
Has immigration agent signed the document
Have you, your partner and children over 17 signed the document as applicable.
Have you included the passport sized photographs for yourself, your partner and dependant children
Have you written the name of the person as well as the date the photo was taken behind each photograph.
Placed everything in the envelope in correct order (no folder or plastic sleeves)
Use page numbers to check the order.
Recheck that your Passports are in the folder along with completed Migrant Levy Form
Courier Fees to send documents to London
Add a 'receiver pays' waybill into your ITA package so that original documents can be returned to you.
