Best dog food?
« on: November 07, 2013, 02:40:47 am »
Just letting dog owners know that you can buy Pro Pac dog food in NZ. I fed it to my 2 dogs in SA and despaired because I couldn't find it when I moved them to NZ. It's not available in the shops, only from www.petfooddirect.co.nz.
A wonderful dog food so good to be able to get it here.....

I use K-9 which I get from CRT or Taste of the Wild which I get either from Petmart or a vet.  Both pricey but we have noticed a huge difference in our dogs coat and teeth, etc, when they are off it and onto something else.  I look at that huge bags of Tux with longing, as they are so damn cheap.  But can't buy it, just can't.

I bought from petfood direct. Good delivery (of course) but I see that its 26% protein and has corn in it for $121.
If I go to http://wholesalepetfood.co.nz/index.php?route=common/home, I can get Taste of the Wild for $124 delivered (Wellington delivery costs more). TotW has 38% protein and is corn free.
